This is not a "warranty that assumes breakage."
It's because we want you to use the items you've acquired for as long as possible and with great care.
This is LOVST TOKYO's proposal for long-term care, offered to those who wish to continue using their products with greater peace of mind.

Service Details
Extended Warranty
A 3-month basic warranty* is included with the purchase of all products. If you join the care program, this will be extended to one year from the date of product registration.
*The basic warranty covers initial product defects, not deterioration over time or malfunctions due to use.
Receive a free original LOVST care cloth.
An original cleaning cloth will be included with your order to care for your purchase.
You can use it for cleaning your items or applying cream, among other things.
Repair services for natural malfunctions will be half price indefinitely.
Should your product break or deteriorate over time, you can use our repair service* at half price forever.
*Repair costs will be quoted separately each time.
In-store free care & consultation service
You can receive free, simple cleaning and other care services at the POP-UP venue.
Furthermore, if there are any areas you would like to have repaired or that concern you, you can consult with us on the spot.
*Some POP-UPs will have time slots available for service.

For LOVST Care Service subscribers
If you have received an item that is scheduled to be registered in the "LOVST Care Program," you can proceed with registration using the button below.
Please register your product within one month of delivery.
The extended basic warranty will be valid for one year from the date of registration.
For initial defects and repairs, please submit your request using the form below.

Is it true that repairs are not possible unless I join the "LOVST Care Program"?
Even if you are not enrolled in the LOVST Care Program, you can still use our repair service.
Please note that in such cases, you will be responsible for the full repair cost.
How much will the repair cost?
Costs will be estimated after the product condition has been assessed.
Please refer to the Repair Service page for an "Estimate of repair costs."
For repairs to items registered under the "LOVST Care Program," you will be responsible for half of the above cost.
Do items that are difficult to repair have to be thrown away?
Currently, only "bags" are collected and recycled.
If you bring your used bag to our showroom or POP-UP store, or mail it to our office (please note that the shipping cost will be borne by the customer), you will receive an "LT Seed worth 500 yen," and LOVST TOKYO will also donate 500 yen to a tree-planting organization.
Additionally, we plan to repurpose the usable parts of the collected bags into remade products.

I have a subscription to the previous extended warranty service "proteger." What should I do?
Customers subscribed to "proteger" can use the service according to the contract details at the time of subscription.
Warranty claims can be easily made via "proteger"'s dedicated chat.
Please have your "Warranty Number" from the email sent by "proteger" ready and submit your claim here.

Customers using the "LOVST Care Program" will be notified via email when eligible pop-up shops are held.
