  Mailbox delivery (Nekopos): ¥385 (tax included)
  Standard delivery (in-person): ¥780 (tax included)
  Shipping is done via Yamato Transport within 1 to 2 business days from the order date, excluding weekends and holidays.

  *Delivery may be delayed due to weather conditions or busy logistics periods.
  *Mailbox delivery may not be available depending on the product size or order amount.

Application validity period

In principle, 5 days after order confirmation (automatic email sent for order confirmation).

 

Defective products

Products found to be damaged or deteriorated upon opening the package will be exchanged for good products. However, depending on product availability, you may have to wait for restock.

Delivery time

 

《For credit card, PayPal, and carrier payments》

 

Products will be shipped within 3 business days after order acceptance.

 

《For bank transfer and convenience store payments》

 

Prepayment. Products will be shipped within 3 business days after payment confirmation.

《For cash on delivery payments》

 

Products will be shipped within 3 business days after order acceptance.

《For postpaid Paidy payments

Products will be shipped within 3 business days after order acceptance.

*For all shipments, if there is a delay due to inclement weather, carrier circumstances, or any other reason, we will notify you by email or other means.

  

Payment deadline

《For bank transfer and convenience store payments》

Please transfer to our designated account or pay at a convenience store within 5 days from the order date. If more than 5 days pass, the order will be treated as canceled. In that case, please place your order again. 

《For cash on delivery payments》

Please pay the delivery person upon product delivery.

 

《For postpaid (next month) and 3-time installment Paidy payments

1. Notification of billing amount
The billing amount will be notified via email and SMS between the 1st and 3rd of the month following your order.

2. Payment of billing amount
Please pay by convenience store payment or bank transfer by the 10th of the month following your order. If paying by bank transfer, the amount will be automatically debited on the withdrawal date.

If you verify your identity with a driver's license or My Number Card from the Paidy app and upgrade to Paidy Plus for free, you can use 3-time postpaid payments with no installment fees*.

*Free only for bank transfers and direct debit.

Return period

Returns or exchanges of products are generally not accepted unless there is damage or deterioration upon opening the package, or if a different item was delivered. In cases of damage or deterioration upon opening the package, or if a different item was delivered, please contact us within 3 days of receiving the product and return it by cash on delivery within 7 days of receipt. Upon receipt, we will send a good quality or correct product at our expense, in accordance with our return policy. However, for shoe size differences, we will exchange for a different size once only. If the product is out of stock, we will issue a refund*.
*Please note that refunds for "convenience store payments" will not be processed at convenience stores. Refunds will be made via bank transfer.

 

Return shipping costs

In cases of damage or deterioration upon opening the package, or if a different item was delivered, return shipping costs will be borne by us. Also, in the case of shoe size differences, the return shipping cost will be borne by the customer, and the shipping cost for the exchanged item will be borne by us.
