Our commitment to gift packaging

Some of our gift packaging uses "banana paper" and "lost flowers" that were destined for disposal.

Banana paper is made from the fibers of organic banana stalks that would otherwise be discarded, which are dried. The drying process is carried out by women in Zambia, Africa.

We have adopted this fair trade paper, which is environmentally friendly and creates employment for the impoverished in Africa, as our gift cards.

We aim to create gifts that bring joy to both the giver and the receiver.

Can two Apple Room Keys be wrapped in the "Small Gift Box with Ribbon"?

"Gift Box with Ribbon (Small)" can only package one Apple Room Key.

Therefore, if you are purchasing multiple items, please purchase the appropriate number of packages to match the desired number of items to be wrapped. Also, if you wish to have two items wrapped as a pair, we will accommodate this with the "Gift Box with Dried Flowers."

Please add the desired gift box and write "Pair wrapping requested (include color specification if any)" in the remarks section at the time of purchase.

I would like only the specified items in the order to be gift-wrapped.

Please specify the desired product and color for gift wrapping in the notes section of your shopping cart.

If I don't select gift wrapping, how will my order be packaged?

Your order will be delivered wrapped in a LOVSTTOKYO original drawstring pouch. (The "Apple AirPods Pro Case" comes in an original box.)

If I gift wrap two or more items, will the recipient be able to tell what's inside?

Yes. We will mark the package so it is identifiable from the outside.
