LOVST Staff's Top Buys of 2024!

In the first Staff Blog of 2025, we'll be looking back at last year and introducing items that we, the LOVST staff, truly loved buying.

We'll be sharing our honest thoughts on the carefully selected items we actually use, and what we love about them, so please read until the end!

 

◼️ "Apple 4Way Gather Bag" (YUKI), appealing for its size and lightness

 

My BEST BUY of 2024, which I joined the LOVST team last year, is the "Apple 4Way Gather Bag," which allows you to enjoy four different designs by changing the handle!

I fell in love with its cute, round silhouette at first sight and bought it.

What I particularly like about it while I use it regularly is its size, making it easy to carry.

I often take it on trips, and I appreciate that I can compactly store essentials like my camera and smartphone, and quickly take them out when I need them.

Despite its compact appearance, it actually holds a lot, so I tend to put a lot of things in it, but since the bag itself is lightweight, it helps prevent fatigue.

Furthermore, it's waterproof thanks to its "Apple Leather (synthetic leather)" material, so I don't have to worry about sudden rain while traveling or commuting.

I truly feel it was a great decision to get the "Apple 4Way Gather Bag," which can be used for a wide range of occasions, from daily life to trips and outings!

◼️ "Apple Half-moon Boston Bag" (NANAMI) that can also be arranged

 

My BEST BUY of 2024, having used many LOVST items before, is the "Apple Half-moon Boston Bag"!

I chose it because I was drawn to its "half-moon" silhouette, like a sliced apple.

It's compact in size, but in actual use, it perfectly fits a 500ml water bottle, a makeup pouch, and a cell phone.The zipper closure also provides a sense of security.

I really like the sophisticated design, but recently I've been enjoying trendy arrangements, like attaching keychains and faux pearl necklaces to it.

After much deliberation, I chose "Black" for the color. It has become a reliable item that tightens up any outfit, regardless of the season.

I plan to continue using it a lot in 2025 as well!

◼️ "Apple 2Way Barrette" (ANNE) expands hair arrangement options

 

My BEST BUY, working remotely from overseas, is the "Apple 2Way Barrette" which I finally got during my temporary return to Japan. It's a hair accessory that can be used in two designs, with or without a chain.

Having wanted this item ever since its development to release, it unexpectedly became a favorite that enriched my daily life!

The most common way I use it is to clip it above a simple low ponytail. It instantly hides hair ties that can often look a bit messy.

I can attach or detach the chain depending on my outfit for the day, so it's excellent for matching any coordination, from casual to elegant.

I truly feel that an item I use daily can also be used for special occasion hairstyles is functionally very sustainable, as I use it regularly.

It's sure to be a star in various scenes again this year!
