Ordering Process
1. Order
Add items to your shopping cart by clicking the "Add to Cart" button on the detail page of the desired product.
If you wish to add or change the quantity, you can do so on the shopping cart screen.
On the cart screen, please check that the product name, price, and quantity are correct.
If you change the quantity, please be sure to click the "Update" button to confirm.
If you have finished shopping and wish to confirm your order, click "Proceed to Checkout."
If you wish to continue shopping, click "Continue Shopping" to return to the product list page.
2. Enter Customer Information
On the shipping address input screen, please enter the name and address of the person placing the order.
Registering your customer information allows for automatic input of your details on subsequent orders, saving you time.
If using Amazon Pay, please log in with your Amazon account.
If you wish to specify a delivery date and time, please select your desired date and time.
3. Select Payment/Delivery Method, Enter Coupon Code
You can choose your payment method from "Credit Card," "Carrier Payment," or "Bank Transfer."
Delivery methods typically vary by product, so please refer to each product page.
If you have a gift card or discount code, please enter it.
4. Review Order Details / Confirm Order
Your order details and entered information will be displayed in a list; please review them once more.
If the details are correct, click "Confirm Order." Your order will be confirmed and sent to our store.
Please note that cancellations cannot be made after the order is confirmed.
5. Order Confirmation Email
Your order has been confirmed.
After placing your order, a confirmation email titled "【LOVST TOKYO】Thank you for your order [Order ID...]" will be automatically sent.
If you do not receive the email, please contact us via Contact Us on the home screen.
6. Payment (for Bank Transfer / Convenience Store Payment)
For bank transfers or convenience store payments, please transfer or pay the order amount by the due date.
*Shipment will be made after payment confirmation.
*Please complete payment within 5 days of the order date. If it exceeds 5 days, the order will be temporarily canceled. Please place your order again.
7. Shipping / Arrival of Product
In principle, we will ship products within 3 business days of receiving your order.
Please understand that there may be delays due to confirmation matters or other circumstances. If your product does not arrive or there is a defect, please contact us at the following:

【Important Notes】
・Consumption tax will be displayed separately at the time of payment.
・Additional orders cannot be accepted after an order has been confirmed.
・We cannot combine two or more orders for shipment. Example: We will not accept requests to ship order ID 〇〇 and order ID △△ together as one package.
・Only one delivery address can be specified per order. If you wish to deliver to multiple different addresses, we apologize for the inconvenience, but please place separate orders.
