Shipping and Delivery

Shipping

・Orders totaling 20,000 yen or more qualify for free shipping.
(Please note that if you use a discount coupon and your total drops below 20,000 yen, shipping fees will apply.)

・Orders placed by 12 PM (noon) on business days will be shipped within 1-2 business days.
(For pre-order items or custom-made items such as engraved products, please check the estimated delivery on each product page.)

・Business days: Monday - Saturday 12:00 PM - 6:00 PM (Closed: Sundays, public holidays, year-end and New Year holidays, etc.)

・If you order a pre-order item or custom-made item along with regular shipping items, all items will be shipped together according to the pre-order item's delivery schedule. If you wish to receive the regular shipping items earlier, please indicate this in the "Remarks" section of your shopping cart.

Delivery

・Delivery will be made by Yamato Transport or Japan Post staff. 

・You can specify your preferred delivery date and time slot.

・You can specify a delivery date starting from 4-5 days after the order date. If you wish to do so, please indicate this in the "Remarks" section of your shopping cart when placing your order.

・Depending on the order details, such as bank transfers or convenience store payments, we may not be able to accommodate your preferred delivery date and time.

・Due to weather conditions or regional circumstances, delivery may not be possible at your preferred date and time.

・If no preferred delivery date is specified, we will ship the item as soon as possible, starting from the next business day.

・For bank transfers or convenience store payments, items will be shipped on the next business day after payment confirmation.
