This service allows you to purchase our products with confidence, as repairs or replacements due to product defects are provided free of charge.
* Please note: This service cannot be transferred or assigned to a third party other than the original purchaser. If the product is transferred to a third party as a gift or for any other reason, a one-month warranty will apply, and after that, paid repair services will be available.* Please check the individual product pages for eligible products.

What is the standard warranty period for LOVST TOKYO products?
The standard warranty period is one month.
If you wish to extend the warranty period beyond that, we recommend purchasing "proteger (extended warranty service)" along with your product.

If the product malfunctions under normal use, it can be repaired or replaced free of charge. (Please note that if an exchange for the same product is difficult due to stock availability, it may be replaced with an equivalent product.)
