Payment Method

You can choose to pay by credit card, cash on delivery (Yamato Transport), convenience store payment, carrier payment (Apple Pay, au PAY, d払い), Google Pay, bank transfer, PayPal, Paidy (post-payment/installments), smartphone payment (Paypay, Rakuten Pay, Merpay), or EPOS Easy Payment.

 

Credit Card

・VISA, Mastercard, and AMEX are accepted.

・Card information is securely transmitted via SSL encrypted communication.

【Important Notes】

・Payments are accepted only in a single lump sum.
・If an error occurs during card authorization after your order is placed, we will temporarily halt the shipment of your order and contact you by email or phone.
・For security reasons, we generally do not send credit card slips.
・Please check your statement of use sent by your credit card company.
・The date of card usage will be the date we transmit sales data to the credit card company. Since sales data is processed after the ordered items have been shipped, there may be a delay of several days to about a month from the order date.












Bank Transfer / Convenience Store Payment

・Bank transfers are only available for transfers to Rakuten Bank.

・Payment is required in advance.

・Your order will be shipped after we confirm your payment.

・After completing the order procedure, an automatic email will be sent. Please transfer the total amount stated in that email to the specified bank account or pay at a convenience store.

・Please note that bank transfer fees are to be borne by the customer.

【Important Notes】

・Once an order is confirmed, the payment method cannot be changed to credit card payment.
・If payment cannot be confirmed within 5 days from the order date, the order will be cancelled.
・If the orderer's name and the remitter's name are different, please contact us by phone or email.

【Convenience Store Payment Procedure】
After confirming your order with LOVST-TOKYO, please select the convenience store where you wish to pay.
komoju.com will send you the necessary information for convenience store payment (such as reception number or management number). If you have set up domain-specific email reception, please change your settings to allow emails from "komoju.com".







Cash on Delivery

・Cash on delivery is only available through Yamato Transport. Payment will be made to the Yamato Transport delivery person upon arrival of your order.

・A separate "cash on delivery fee" will be applied as per the table below.

・For cash on delivery, payment can only be made in cash.

・If you have an account with the above, you can shop securely and easily using your registered shipping information and credit card details.

・Payment will be made using your registered credit card.

・You can select your registered shipping address, eliminating the need to enter it again.

・Credit card information will not be transmitted to the store you are using.

 


"Paidy Post-Payment"

・We will notify you of the billing amount via email and SMS between the 1st and 3rd of the month following your order.

・Please pay at a convenience store or via bank transfer by the 10th of the month following your order. For automatic debit, the amount will be automatically debited on the withdrawal date. *Only bank transfers and automatic debits are free of charge.

※If you upgrade to Paidy Plus for free by verifying your identity with a driver's license or My Number Card from the Paidy app, you can use 3-installment post-payment with no installment fees*.
