Basic Warranty and Care Program Terms of Service

  • Zipper

    • Opening/closing malfunction

    • Fabric tear

    • Deterioration of pull tab (leather)

  • Hardware malfunction (damage to snaps, clasps, buckles, carabiners, lobster clasps, etc.)

  • Peeling of hardware plating

  • Fraying of seams

  • Peeling of edge coating

  • Stains

  • Deterioration/peeling of leather surface (belts, etc.)

  • Peeling of engraving


Article 8 (Customer's Burden of Costs)

The following costs shall be borne by the customer.

  • Round-trip shipping fees (however, if it falls under initial defects, the Company will bear the cost)

  • Quotation fee for out-of-scope repairs

  • Return shipping fee if repair is not possible


Article 9 (Exclusions)

The following may be excluded from the Care Program or may not be repairable.

  • Loss of parts, damage due to misuse
    (May not be possible depending on parts availability)

  • Edge paint wear, natural fading, softening, dirt, damage due to excessive use

  • Stretching due to wearing and normal use (e.g., belts)

  • Excessive damage to surfaces or seams due to wear and tear or friction

  • Dirt and damage due to improper conditioning or cleaning

  • Lining wear due to normal use

  • Exposure to strong chemicals, cleaners, or other liquids, resulting in alteration or discoloration

  • Exposure to extreme cold or heat

  • Damage by animals, fire, weather, or natural disasters

  • Damage by airlines or third parties, or due to mishandling

  • Damage due to modification or repair by a third party

  • Theft, loss, or intentional damage

  • Loss or damage occurring during shipping

  • Third-party products

  • Indirect or incidental damage during use

  • Failure and damage to this product or other company's products used with this product

  • Damage to consumer electronics such as laptops, mobile phones, smartphones, tablets, or other personal property

  • Damage caused for any reason to data contained in the above devices

  • Fraudulent application


Article 10 (Termination of Warranty)

The Care Program will terminate in the following cases.

  • If a refund or return of the eligible product has been made

  • If fraudulent use is confirmed

  • If these terms are violated


Article 11 (Disclaimer)

We are not responsible for indirect damages, loss of business, or other special damages.
Furthermore, the feasibility of repair, repair methods, necessity of replacement, etc., will be determined based on our standards.


Article 12 (Changes to the Terms)

We may revise these terms as necessary.
The revised terms shall become effective from the time they are posted on the official website or from a separate effective date specified by us.
