Design
本革と比べても見劣りしない上質感さを備えた「aplena by LOVST TOKYO」。さまざまなファッションに合わせやすい、LOVST TOKYOならではの絶妙なニュアンスカラーが魅力です。
さらに、洗練された印象のシュリンク、重厚感のあるスムース、ハンサムな印象のパイソン柄と、幅広いエンボス加工のラインナップを展開しています。
素材感・色・表情のすべてを丁寧に設計し、日常の中でサステナブルに使い続けられる素材として開発しました。
Features
一般的な合成皮革に比べ、よりしなやかで、高級感のある人工皮革を採用。
素材の裏基布には不織布を採用し、その上から樹脂層を浸透させているため、本革の繊維構造（コラーゲン層）に近く、断面がより傷に強いと言われています。それにより、驚くほど軽量でありながら、日常使いを支える高い耐久性を実現。一般的な合成皮革と比較しても経年劣化に強く、「通常の使用環境で10年以上の使用に耐えられる」とされるジャングルテストにも合格しており、車の内装やランドセルに採用される基準をクリアしています。
また、耐水性にも優れているため、雨の日や水濡れを気にせず使用でき、お手入れも簡単。
上質で、扱いやすく、そして長く使い続けられること。そのすべてを叶える素材です。
Sustainability
LOVST TOKYOが大切にしているのは、動物や環境への配慮を理由に品質や使い心地を妥協しないこと。従来はポリウレタン樹脂を使用している原料の一部を植物由来のものに置き換えることで、素材の機能性を損なうことなく、CO₂排出量の削減を実現しています。
また、この素材は、青森県産の廃棄リンゴをアップサイクルして生まれた、Made in Japanの人工皮革。原料調達から素材開発、製造に至るまで、すべての工程が国内で行われており、長年の実績に裏打ちされた安定した品質管理のもとで生産されています。
製造工程においては、CO₂排出量だけでなく、水や化学物質の使用量も抑え、環境への負荷を軽減する工夫が凝らされています。
