Since our opening, we have been using compostable packaging for our products. However, to ensure product quality, we have decided to change the packaging for some products to cardboard.
We have received feedback from customers expressing concern about potential damage to packaging materials during shipping by carriers, and the condition of the products inside.
In response to this feedback, we have decided to change our packaging materials.We are committed to ensuring product quality during delivery and optimizing environmentally friendly shipping, so that our customers can use our products with peace of mind.
