We regret to inform you that we will not be able to deliver the reserved product "Grape Vine Tote Bag" to you as previously announced for the near future.

First, I would like to explain the circumstances that led to this situation, holding nothing back.
For the production of this "Grape Vine Tote Bag," we aimed to improve product quality and were proceeding with production at a new factory.
I personally visited the new factory and was confident that we could deliver products with reliable sewing quality and employee working conditions.
However, due to a sudden change in the factory manager due to illness and the factory's busy season overlapping, miscommunication occurred between our company and the factory, and the products delivered today were completely different from what was expected.
Specifically,
・The form and balance of the product
・The color and texture of the "poly suede" lining
・The specifications of the mesh on the front
These three points differed significantly from existing products, and we determined that the quality was not something we could confidently deliver to our users.
This is entirely due to my own inadequacy, and there is no room for excuses.
We deeply apologize for the great inconvenience and anxiety this has caused you all.
Currently, we are putting all our efforts into arranging for re-production to deliver the product to you as soon as possible.
It is very regrettable that we cannot inform you of the current delivery date, but we are working hard to announce a new delivery date as soon as possible. We appreciate your patience in the meantime.
Since we have kept you waiting for a very long time, we would like to offer "cancellations and refunds."
If you wish to cancel, we apologize for the inconvenience, but please reply to the email that we are sending sequentially to all eligible customers.
Furthermore, because we wish to minimize the environmental impact of our production processes, we are currently internally considering disassembling the products that could not be delivered this time and reusing the materials for other products, rather than discarding them.
