Please tell me about the most memorable episode you've experienced!

  • It was when I stood at the POP-UP store for the first time and served a customer who came to check out LOVST TOKYO's new products as soon as possible. What was the most challenging part of the job?

  • In the early days of the brand, we were short-staffed, and I remember how tough it was because things never went as planned. Looking back, everything contributed to my experience and skill development, so I feel it turned out well in the end. (Month 2 / Marketing, MD, Finance)

  • As someone who just joined the company, it's a unique experience to be constantly forced to make decisions regarding new initiatives like product development and showroom openings. I try to make rational decisions by picking up on necessary details from past circumstances. I'm grateful for the support from my colleagues. (Month 2 / Web Marketing / Procurement / Production Management)

  • Since this is my first role in this industry, there are many times I don't know where to start, and I'm currently learning as I go. We have a team support system, so I consult with them as needed. (Year 2 / PR Sales, SNS)

  • For me, since it's my first time in apparel customer service, I sometimes struggled with things like the right distance to maintain with customers. I'm still learning, asking my seniors questions as they come up! (Month 3 / PR Sales Assistant)

  • When I first joined, I found it challenging to plan events and pop-ups from scratch without any precedents, requiring a lot of trial and error. Lately, we've built a foundation, so I can see the results of our accumulated efforts! (Year 3 / EC, PR Content)

What do you look for in a new team member?

  • I'd be thrilled to work with someone who approaches their work with ingenuity, isn't afraid of failure, and is willing to take on challenges! (4th year - Director)

  • Someone who can learn from countless failures in order to achieve something. Also, someone who can accept silly comments with a heart as vast as the ocean, and occasionally pick up on them or laugh. LOL (2nd month / Marketing, MD, Finance)
