In this first article, we will thoroughly explain how to use "LT-SEED," LOVST TOKYO's original point system.

We'll cover everything from basic usage to tricks for accumulating points efficiently. We encourage everyone, whether you're a first-time online store user or a frequent customer, to read this article!

 

■ What exactly is "LT-SEED"?

"LT-SEED" is an original point system that can be used at the LOVST TOKYO online store.

Every time you shop, you earn 1 LT-SEED (1%) for every 100 yen spent. Accumulated points can be used for discounts at checkout or donated to organizations that plant trees.

Last year, thanks to our users, this system allowed us to donate an amount equivalent to planting 14 cedar trees!

 

■ How do I earn points?

To earn LT-SEED points, you first need to register as an LT-SEED member.

Select the human-shaped icon at the top right of the online store, then register from "Create an account." When you shop online while logged in, 1% of your purchase amount will automatically be returned as points.

Even when purchasing at offline venues such as POP-UPs and events, you can earn points by providing your email address to LOVST TOKYO staff!

Furthermore, on days ending in 5 each month, it's "LT-SEED Day," and the point return rate doubles. On the 25th, the bonus points for member registration also increase from 300 yen to 500 yen.

Additionally, after you've enjoyed shopping, you can earn "500 yen worth" of points just by writing a product review from the review request email!

 

■ Where can I check my accumulated points?

 

To check your LT-SEED points, first log in to the online store.

While logged in, click the human-shaped icon again, and a badge with your point balance will appear at the bottom right. From this badge, you can check your current point balance and your past point acquisition history.

Furthermore, by clicking the arrow button at the top left, the LT-SEED menu screen will appear. From there, you can "Donate to tree-planting organizations" or "Issue discount coupons."

Points are valid for one year from the date of award. When they expire, they are automatically allocated to donations to tree-planting organizations.

An email notification will be sent one month before points expire, so we recommend checking it.

 

■ I want to earn more points! Are there any secret tips?

Actually, there are ways to earn points other than shopping and reviews!

The first is to "answer the user information questionnaire."

After logging in to the online site, click on "＼Click here to edit your registration information／" on the right side of the account information page, and a questionnaire asking about your lifestyle will appear.

If you answer all five optional questionnaires, you can earn up to 500 yen worth of points! 

And the second is to "share about LOVST TOKYO."

First, after logging in to your account, click the black badge with the point balance at the bottom right. Press the arrow button at the top left, and the "Earn LT-SEED" menu will appear, allowing you to follow or share on various social media platforms. (Note: Points may not be awarded to those who are already following us on Instagram. In such cases, please feel free to contact us!)

Furthermore, from this menu, you can send a LOVST TOKYO referral link to your friends. If a friend you referred makes a purchase of 10,000 yen or more from the online store through that link, you will receive 1000 yen worth of points! If you have friends or family who are interested in LOVST TOKYO items, we'd be happy if you share it from here.

■ What are LT-SEED membership ranks?

 

LT-SEED has membership ranks based on annual spending. When you rank up, your point return rate doubles, and you receive bonus points according to your rank.

Bronze Member (annual spending of 30,000 yen or more): 1000 yen worth of points
Silver Member (annual spending of 50,000 yen or more): 3000 yen worth of points
Gold Member (annual spending of 100,000 yen or more): 5000 yen worth of points

Members who rank up will receive a notification email at the beginning of the following month, so please check it! (Also viewable from your account information)

 

■ How do I use my points?

 When using accumulated points for purchases at the online store, first select "Use for shopping" from the black badge at the bottom right.

From there, enter the number of points you want to use and click "Exchange" to convert them into a coupon code. By entering the created coupon code at the time of purchase, a discount will be applied.

Similarly, by selecting "Donate to an NPO that plants trees" from the menu, you can donate from 500 yen worth of points.

This allows you to offset the CO2 generated during production through tree planting donations, reducing the guilt associated with the environmental impact of your shopping.

Additionally, points may be used at POP-UP venues as well as the online store, so please speak to a LOVST TOKYO staff member nearby.
