LT-SEED has been renewed! How do I use the new system?

Our original LOVST TOKYO point system, "LT-SEED," has been renewed to be even easier to use!

In this Staff Blog, we will introduce how to earn and use points, as well as secret tips to accumulate a lot of points.

◼️ What exactly is "LT-SEED" again?

LT-SEED is an original point system that can be used at LOVST TOKYO's online store.

Every time you shop, you earn 1% of your purchase amount in points for every 100 yen spent. The accumulated points can then be redeemed for discount coupons at checkout.

Furthermore, we also offer "LT-SEED Ranks" based on your purchase amount.

As you rank up, you will receive bonus points ranging from 1,000 to 5,000 yen, as well as special benefits such as exclusive invitations to LOVST TOKYO-sponsored events!

 

◼️ How do I earn points?

 

To register, first select the person icon in the upper right corner of the online store, then register from "Create an account."

If you shop while logged in, 1% of points will be automatically credited to your account. (For smartphones, open the menu on the left side and proceed to "Create an account" from "Login" at the bottom.)

Even when shopping at offline venues such as POP-UPs and events, you can earn points by providing your email address to LOVST TOKYO staff!

Also, every month, days ending in 5 are designated as "LT-SEED Day," and the point redemption rate doubles. And once a month, on the 25th, the bonus points for member registration increase from the usual 300 yen to 500 yen.

Furthermore, after enjoying your shopping, you can earn 500 yen worth of points simply by writing a product review from the review request email, so we would appreciate your cooperation.

 

◼️ Where can I check my accumulated points?

To check your LT-SEED points, please log in to the online store first.

 

When you open the online store while logged in, a leaf-shaped badge will appear in the bottom right corner. From this badge, you can check your current point balance and your past point acquisition history.

Points are valid for one year from the date of award. As the expiration date approaches, you will receive a notification email, so it is recommended to check that.

 

◼️ How do I use points?

Similarly, with the badge in the bottom right open, select the "Exchange points for coupons" button.

This will display the coupons you can exchange with your current points. You can exchange points for coupons in units of 500 points. Press "Get" to select the coupon for the amount you wish to exchange. You can exchange for a maximum of a 5,000 yen coupon at one time.

(*Please note that coupons are valid for one year from the time they are obtained.)

Also, when using a redeemed coupon, select "My Items" from the top menu when the badge is open. The coupon you exchanged for with points will be displayed.

Select the coupon you want to use, and a coupon code will appear. Copy this code and paste it into the coupon code input field at the time of purchase. The discount will then be applied automatically!

Also, points can sometimes be used at POP-UP venues as well as the online store, so please feel free to speak to a LOVST TOKYO staff member if you wish to do so.

 

◼️ What is the LT-SEED Member Rank?

LT-SEED has member ranks based on your purchase amount, and you will receive bonus points corresponding to your rank when you rank up.

Bronze Member (Total purchases of 30,000 yen or more): 1,000 yen worth of points
Silver Member (Total purchases of 50,000 yen or more): 3,000 yen worth of points
Gold Member (Total purchases of 100,000 yen or more): 5,000 yen worth of points

An email notification will be sent to those who rank up, so please check it! (You can also check from your account information)

In addition, LT-SEED members also receive premium services not available to general members, such as priority invitations to events and special benefits.

Actually, there are secret tips to earn points other than shopping and writing reviews!

One way is to "follow LOVST TOKYO's social media accounts."

After logging into your account, click the LT-SEED badge in the bottom right corner.

When you select the "Earn Points" menu, you can follow various social media accounts from there, and you can earn 100 yen worth of points for each social media follow.

By utilizing these secret tips, you can accumulate a lot of points at once, so please give them a try!
